As mentioned somewhere in a thread it's just a quickie Photoshop job of Ralph's simple skin. I'm no designer so if someone feels they can improve it, be my guest.

After unzipping copy the folder into your "skin" folder in the Jamstix folder (you might have to rename it to "skin_arcana").
Now in Jamstix itself go to "options" and choose "arcana" under "skin".

I like it! Nice twist... works well I think.

Had to change the folder name to skin_arcana though to get it to come up in the dropdown box.
