I'd say a picture says more than thousand words. Only works with v2.0.16 and up though

Use it as regular drumbrain (hit play and it records what you programmed according to the propability). Changing the volume is possible by dragging the mouse while hold right mouse click in the right top window where you set up the beat (as in old JS1)

Though, I still prefer the old hat rules (it only uses the right hand! Bad for tripplets and the like) and there's no "crash"/ride/crash choking as it was with the late JS1. Only hats, snare, kick and the accent stuff of course (also without ride and crash, at least with v2.0.19rc3).

This, bundled with a real drummer (brain), can create some hard hitting drumstuff indeed. Best of both worlds and then some. With some exceptions of course.
