Today I started doing some tests with assigning a midi foot controller to a controllable function, e.g. the counter hats amount slider for Carter drummer. I saw 2 small issues:

* When I have opened the midi controller window by right clicking on a particular function, I can press my foot expression pedal and the correct midi controller is detected by JS2. Love this feature! But if you click ok, the selected controller is not assigned. You have to click with your mouse on the right controller first and then when you click ok, it is correctly assigned.

* Sometimes when you get back out of the midi controller window by clicking ok, the mouse sometimes is sort of connected to the slider for which you are assiging a controller. Meaning when you move the mouse, you see the slider move.

* Another issue I saw, which is a bit more serious and a bit more complex to explain is the following:

Let's say you have 2 parts, one of the 2 having a controller assigned but the other one not, and live loops is enabled. When you start the song with the part that has the controller assigned, everything works accordingly, and you can switch backwards and forwards between the parts and the controller works every time for the correct part. But when you start with the part that has no controller assigned, and switch then to the other part, the controller messages are always ignored.

Update: Now that I think of it, are the controllers actually assigned per part?
