I noticed when trying to pan the ride cymbal further right, that this would only work if the 'width' setting on the 'ambience' control (the master control with the pictrue of the microphone) was set to full. Is it meant to be the case that in essence the ambience width control is also the overall stereo width control of the non 'ambience' processed signal?

This means that I'm unable to concurrently pan drum sounds and have a narrow ambience setting. Could be an issue at mixdown. Is there a workaround?

This is an inconsistency in JS2 at this time. Even though the 'Width' controller is in the Ambience section, it does affect all sounds (except Dry or CS sounds). We'll rectify this in a future version.

Work-around: use 'Send To Last' option in the mixer to send all Ambience to a single output. Use full 'Width' level and then narrow the ambience width in the host on that single output.
