I loaded a song created yesterday in 2.0.16. When I loaded it today with 2.0.17 I'm missing bars 34-55.
Message on the bottom of the bottom says UI Index Out of Bounds (-xxx)

Same issue UI Index Out of Bounds. Version 2.0.17a. Running w/ N-track. Composed w/ ver. 2.0.17a.
Missing bars 21 - 30 something.
So, to further add to the above thought, I went back and examined what was happening. The tune was saved well, last night. Tonight, when the song changed from pattern "B" to pattern "C", well pattern "C" didn't play, and the song "clipboard" highlighted Pattern "B" when it should have been playing pattern "C".
I simply changed the number of repeats from 8 to 4 and it worked again. Then I changed it back to 8, and it still works. For tonight, anyway.

These are misalignments of parts and I'm not sure what could be causing it. As billthecat pointed out, simply changing a part length or repetition number will force a realignment and thus fix it.
Could you guys please do a 'Save Song' on the 'bad' project and send me the file?
