Hi
Well ... in brand new Sonar files I can open Jamstix in DirectiXer and BFD either as that or VST. They function quite well. The problems started when I tried to insert Jamstix into an old song file in order to try some Jamstix drum parts etc. The BSOD occurs everytime I try this.
btw, I now do own full versions of Jamstix and DirectXer.
To try something different I tried to re-install Jamstix as a VST but when I attempt to run the install program it asks for a DVD ... can't find a particular installer dll. Can't even re-install for DirectiXer if I want to. I downloaded everything from your site into one folder and initial installation went well. What's up?
FYI, For my uses it looks like using Jamstix to generate parts for songs in arranger and then doing a midi export which gets sent to BFD ALL loaded outside Jamstix will work great for me.
I would like to get it operating better though. So I can open it in old files. |

I found that by saving as CWB the problem stopped. I usually save my files as CWP's. But if I save them as CWB and add Jamstix it works and then even after I resave as CWP again ... odd!
Not sure how to get a screen shot |
