I have downloaded Jamstix demo to try it out,
when I go to VST effects on Kristal I do not see the Drum Kit, only see and Jamstix audio8.

Does Jamstix work on Kristal ?

No, Kristal does't support VSTis.

Been awhile since I looked at Kristal, but I believe Del Pedro is correct. Kristal can use vst effects I think, but not instruments.
