Hi Ralph,
I upgrade the release version of Jamstix, I guess it was 2.0, with 2.0.13 yesterday and cannot get any midi input anymore in drum module mode.
Is it a known issue?
Also, I upgraded because the midi mapping wasn't working in the release version. By example, if I wanted to change the 10" Tom to use D2 instead of the 8" Tom and unload the sound file in the 8" Tom, I was ending having no sound at all on D2 and still having the 10" Tom on C2. On top of that if looking at the graphical interface the 8" was still responding to the D2 trigger. So something was wrong there. Was it already fix in 2.0.13?
Other than that I like what I'm seeing. Drag and drop midi input file and more drummer style will be welcome.
Thanks. |

Please upgrade to 2.0.15.
Also, don't remove Tom1. Instead, choose 'No Sound' on Tom 2 and then load the 10" tom in Tom 1. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Wow, that's a quick fix..
That's what I end up doing... but why offering to change the midi mapping if this seem to have some limitation... is it still something to be fix in the future?? |

It has to do with Tom replacement logic within JS2. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
