Isn't the snare controlable in swing mode (character) the same way as it is in normal mode? I can't get the snare to play on beat 2,3 or 4 when swing is on. I can get it to play on beat 1 though.

In normal I can get the snare to play on all four beats if I want to.

The Swing character takes over some aspects of the rhythm. If you need full control, stay in 'Normal Mode' and set Shuffle etc. the same as in swing mode.
