When loading DrumPak #2 - DP1 Kick I receive the following error:

There was an error loading sample set "Ride Bell - 20" Medium A DP2" (Cannot open file C:\Program Files\VST\Jamstix\Samples\Ride Bell - 20'' Medium A DP2 _a02x3.rzd

I have checked and the file isn't there.

That's very odd because there is no such sample. Do you have this file in the 'samples' folder?

Ride Bell - 20'' Medium A DP2 _c02x3.rzd

or

Ride Bell - 20'' Medium A DP2 CS _s02x3.rzd

I'll have to check when I get home tonight.

I got the error after installing all the packs. I haven't modified anything. All I did was load the mapping for DrumPak#2 -DP1. The missing sample error came up immediately.

Other kits in DrumPak #2 work fine.

Well, I'm confounded.

I swear by all that is musically right and true that I was getting that error yesterday, and yet today it's working just fine.

Oh well. Gremlins, I guess.

I've managed to duplicate the problem.

If I am in "full preview" mode and switch sets too quickly I can generate both these types of errors and potentially an actual crash.

Ah, thanks for the catch! We'll see what we can do about that.

Now that I know not to go too quickly, it's not really a big problem. No rush. Smile
