| I have read alot of good things on this plug in...so far I havent had a chance to play with it though. I am wondering does this plug in have a way of analyzing an existing song (mp3,wav etc) and try to mimic the drums from the song all synced to the original ? |

No, absolutely not. Jamstix analyzes audio material purely for volume at this time. When fed with MIDI data, it will also analyze harmonic information and note distribution. Jamstix then develops its own rhythms based on the input data and settings that you choose in Jamstix.
The functions that you described cannot be realized with today's hardware and would be very expensive to develop software-wise. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
