Hello,

I have been trying to use the velocity slider and I am getting some unpleasant clicking sounds whenever the the velocity slider is moved to the left. What should I do?

Also, I have a particular four beat rhythm with a sidestick on 2 and 4 (always sidestick is checked). However, when the velocity slider is down, I only hear the sidestick on 4. I want to play sidestick on 2 and 4 with the velocity fader down. What do I need to do?

Could you send me a brief MP3 with those clicking sounds?
Also, please send me the file jamstix.ini from your Jamstix folder.

The sidestick behavior is caused by 'Reduction'. Please uncheck 'Allow Reduction' in the jam tab and it won't happen anymore.
