Is there any known issues with specific jamstix kits?
i.e.
I can load most of the kits up using the internal options without crackles and or pops.
But when using the following kits I get some very noticeable pops (not hindering me as there are plenty of others to use and experiment with so just a curious thing):

jamstix jam kit
jamstix jam kit dampened

I use sonar 6pe with an ESI wamirack audio card, processor is amd 2mhz with 2.5g ram and Ive got my comp tuned for DAW operation...so we are in ok shape there.

I have changed from asio to wdm to mme (the last one for kicks /begs forgiveness ) and adjusted latency from low to high with odd results.

All of the other kits seem to function fantastic with the exception of the above two.

There will be small pops/clicks/crackles (whatever ya want to call them) when playing/recording these. When I adjust the latency from low to high the pops will seem to change at a ratio vs. the current setting of latency. At the low latency they are very short, as you progress up into higher latency they will get more noticeable and longer in duration.

That is the best I think I can describe it this morning as my brain has not had enough coffee hehe.

anyhow...just curious/no biggie

Thanks!

There is a pop at the end of one of the jam kit samples (snare) that appears only if the voice reduction is low.

Look in this thread:

You will find a download link for a fixed sample.
