I was trying to make my own rhythmns,
the hi-hat was no problem.
But the kick and the snare didn't end up
on the right place.
For example:
I wanted a kick on the forth eight, impossible.
I wanted a snare 1/16 after the fourth quarter note,
possible by checking the 1/16 before 4 box.
Wierd.
Anyone got a suggestion?
I'm using Cubase SX 3.02 and Jamstix 1.02.

Dawed and confused (good forum name, by the way )
If this is a bar (where a dot is a sixteenth and a colon is an eight
1.:.2.:.3.:.4.:.
Do you mean this, where s is snare and k is kick?
1.:.2.:.3.:.4sk.
If so then you need to tick the following:
Kick:
Quarters=None
Eights= 4th box ticked
16th Before=None
16th After=None
Snare:
Quarters=None
Eights= None
16th Before=None
16th After=4th Box ticked
If this is not what you are looking for please use my bar representation to show what you are trying to achieve. _________________ Antony Richards

Thanks Antony for taking the time to help me.
I think I've figured it out now.
If you loop the first bar and play, it works.
If you try to play again, it's a mess.
If you loop any other bar, it works.
Not a problem if you know.
