You can either hand-program double-speed rhythms or use 154BPM.
The seeming need for double-speed is very often just a BPM misunderstanding. I bet a careful analysis of your actual song would reveal that it is a 154BPM song.
If you cannot change the BPM, you could use a time multiplier so the Jamstix song pointer runs twice as fast as the host.
You would have to add the line:
TempoMultiplier=2
to the [General] section of your jamstix.ini for this. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Unfortunately i started the project at 77BPM using Live. When i change the BPM, the tracks are misaligned even if i turn Warp off for each track.
It's weird but i'm not stressing over it as i will be switching hosts soon (i hope, depending how quickly EXT2 becomes a stable host).
The TempoMultiplier is the easiest bet.
Thanks! |
