Hi,Guys
I am have trouble trying to loading jamstix in my laptop with Reaper for the first time.I had it loaded on my desktop computer and use it with(cubaseLE&jamstix)it worked great.I just got my new laptop(Dell Inspiron E1505 intel centrino duo, winXP,ME 1GB memory 80gig HD) . I am trying to use it with Reaper this is my new DAW for the laptop.I am also using the M-Audio mobilepre USB soundcard..
I load a track in reraper .I then open up the FX window.I see it listed as a, VSTi Jamstix(rayzoon)(2-8ch). I highlight Jamstix VSTi and laod it.This is as far as it gose.It will freeze up as it is loading the drums and i will get the message Not responding.please help |

This is odd as I have no trouble loading JS in Reaper.
Sometimes it can be useful to play with Reaper“s preferences a bit.
Try to check: Pref>> Playback>> Run FX when stopped. |

If you still can't get it to work, please send me the file rzdlog.txt from the Jamstix folder. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Hi Guys
I think the problem might be that i have not updated jamstix since i installed it.So i think i am running on one of the first version of Jamstix.Could this be the problem.I don,t know if i have updated my new email address. It use to be musicman1705@shaw.ca ,but my new email address swilson0@telus.net.
I tryed to update jamstix on the laptop, but i beleive the update web page has expired. So i am hoping that you can send me the password to my new email address so that i can down load the updates. If the dose not work i will send you the file rzdlog.txt. |

Your address is current in our system. Please go to your personal download page that was sent to you and you will find a 'Jamstix Update' link at its bottom.
Hope this helps! _________________ Ralph Zeuner
