I am using cubaseLE.If you need more info just ask.As soon as i turn on cubase and select song file for (A song i am using jamstix in).I get a web page message saying 15 sounds are missing.It also as me for My UseID,Activation key and License key I don,t know what mine areI bought my jamstix online so i must not have written my UseID,Activation key and License key down or missplace it.Please help get my jamstix up and running again.It,s been a frustaiting week having to format and trying to get all my programs up and running again.Thanks for your help.

Just Found

I have found my old ativation email codes you sent me when i fist pruchase Jamstix.I am try to reenter these codes but it just sat there and would not expect the codes.Please help

I jump the gun, the activation codes are working fine,but i still have this problem

MISSING SOUNDS
Here are the possible reasons:

Missing Or Incorrect Sound Installation
You may have forgotten to perform Step 3 of the Jamstix installation (Drum Sample Download). Please refer to your Jamstix delivery for this step and perform it. Make sure to point the installer to the exact same place as you did with the Jamstix plugin installation. You may also have installed the Jamstix sounds in the wrong place. They must be installed to the exact same place as the Jamstix plugin. You can search your computer for folders named "samples". If you find any outside of your Jamstix folder, copy their contents to the "samples" subfolder of your Jamstix folder to fix this problem.

Missing Expansion Pak
The sound may be part of an expansion Pak that you do not have installed.

I downloaded the link you sent with all the updates and save it.So if the fix is in theses down loads.I just need you to tell how to fix the problem .I am not sure how to install the missing sounds or witch file it is.Thank you for your help

Sounds like you don't have your DrumPak #1 installed. Place the drumpak1.rxp into the 'addons' folder of your Jamstix folder and launch Jamstix to have it installed.

Thanks again.That worked great. It,s nice to have my drummer back up and running again.I have got all the little kinks work out finallyWith the drummer up and running know i can get back to the tunes.
