We have added the 'Jamstix Accent Creator' by Adriano Cabreira to the downloads sections.
This tool can be used to create your own RAF files for use as accents or fills.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS TOOL IS NOT DEVELOPED, SUPPORTED NOR ENDORSED BY RAYZOON!
We are merely providing the download.

Thanks RockMe, and thanks for posting the link for the .NET framework! It was made in VB.NET, so why this need. The readme.txt file that comes with it is just to give you basic directions, it´s not supposed to be a real help file, and there are two small things that aren´t in it: I´ve changed the ´Pitch Delta´ parameter so it only accepts values that are useful (it doesn´t accept 1 or more than 2 for tom 5 for example); ctrl+shift+left-click alternates between -2 (default) and -10 prioritiy for these are used in the accents that come with Jamstix.
To know what parameters I haven´t described in the readme.txt file do, just take a look at http://www.rayzoon.com/jamstix_accent_editing_primer.pdf, which is the source to all the work.
To understand what the ´!´ randomizers do, check this thread:

Take care! |

| One more thing: About the ´ALT´ panel, I´m going to implement this to accept percussion and a second cymbal. |

Does it use midi for the drum sounds when you're composing?
Thanks _________________ Marcus2323

No, it only creates .raf text files that are in Jamstix accent format, and a second file (.jac) which is in creator´s own format; it doesn´t generate any kind of MIDI data.
Hope it helps. |

If I understand this correctly, your program does not output midi data, but once the accents are created and played via Jamstix, then Jamstix will output the midi data right?
Thank you for your great work. _________________ Musikman
