I have Sonar 6.01 PE installed on a dedicated DAW AMD 64 3500+, 1GB RAM, Audiophile 192 and I purchased Jamstix 1.7 today. Jamstix is the only program I have installed on a new 400GB drive. When I open up a new blank project in Sonar and insert Jamstix into the synth rack it takes between 4 and 5 minutes for Jamstix to load. This doesn't seem right to me. All of my other plugs, both DXi and VSTi, load quite quickly.

Have I overlooked a setting somewhere? All help will be greatly appreciated.

That's definitely not normal. Please try the latest Jamstix Beta available here:

If that doesn't help, send me your rzdlog.txt file from the Jamstix folder.

Thanks. That appears to have solved the problem. After installing the new DLL Sonar took about 5 seconds to load JS after the scanning was done.

Customer service like this is a priceless commodity! I am duly impressed with your swift helpfulness.

Interesting, I have noticed an unusually long loading time for jamstix also. I just thought it was normal. I'm using JS 1.71. Should I try the new beta also?
