free jam.
just done some more research. it works provided i'm not looping. if i want to loop a 12 bar section they have no effect.
latest version.

What host are you using? Are you having the host loop at 12 bars and while it is playing you change the funk/comp sliders? Is this in MIDI jam or audio jam?

cubase sl. yes moving slider whilst it is playing. audio jam.

greenstratman, I checked this out again with JS 1.71:
- open Cubase SX2, new project
- add JS, set to free jam with audio
- add audio track, pasted audio file and added audioM8 as insert
- set Cubase to loop bars 4 to 7, start Cubase
- while playing, changing Funk and Comp sliders in jam tab affect rhythm
- saved project, closed Cubase
- open Cubase, open saved project
- start playing Cubase
- changing funk, comp sliders still affects rhythm
Do you still have the problem with this step sequence?
