I want to buy the epak for electronic sounds but need some info first. I use JS with BFD and have never had to export audio direct out of JS. Is it possible to do so? I want to use epak internally and then export kick, snare, etc to individual tracks for processing. Is this possible with JS?

You can do that by sending the sounds to individual outputs in the Jamstix mapping tab and then freezing/bouncing JS in the host. This will give you audio clips for each output.
