Is there a way to have preset names reflect in the VSTi preset list?

For instance if I load Rock Basic I, the arrangment tab will have the name correct, but the VSTi presets on top (in Cubase at least) will still have rhythm 0.

Alternately, may be useful to have a drop down box next to the name
(in the rhythm tab) to easily flip through the rhythms.

Finally getting to play with this. Thanks.
