howdy all
has anyone got jamstix running on a macintel machine yet? there's no reason it shouldn't work since everything i've tried so far works swimmingly, but just wanted to check before going through the hassle of installing cubase, etc.
i'm going to give it a go on mine, running in parallel, but just wondering whether anyone has any news to report...
i'd like to try something like this:

but instead somehow routing from jamstix in the pc environment to logic in the mac environment.
if anyone has any clues i'd love to know..... if this works it would be great because we might not then need a separate mac version... |

so it works beautifully on the mac!
(this is on a macbook laptop, running mac ox 10.4.8, and running windows XP in a separate window under parallel's virtualisation software, with cubase sx2 hosting jamstix).
there are a few issues with cubase/audio which i'm ironing out, but jamstix works flawlessly...
now, i just need to figure out how to route jamstix audio it into the mac os part of the system so i can finally dump windows cubase......! |
