You need to run the jamstix_data_setup.exe (217MB+) file, wich installs the drum kits. Make sure you point it to your correct Jamstix folder during install.

Check your mail.

Also, if you only see the rimshot samples then you are also missing your expansion Paks. Reinstall them or scan your hard drive for another 'samples' folder with these sounds and copy them into your real samples folder.

You need to download and run the jamstix_data_setup.exe to get the stock kits. I've sent you a new download link, use Step 3 to get this file.

After that you should see a whole lot of files in the 'samples' folder.

Finally, you need to get your Paks installed by placing them unzipped, as RXP files, into the 'addons' folder and the run Jamstix which will install them.

Hi,

I'm still missing 15 sounds....i've extracted te drum packs 1 and 2 and the brush kit into the addins and re ran the vst finder in sonar and it has populated the samples folder but i stil get the folowing messag in sonar

15 Sounds Are Missing
Here are the possible reasons:

Missing Or Incorrect Sound Installation
You may have forgotten to perform Step 3 of the Jamstix installation (Drum Sample Download). Please refer to your Jamstix delivery for this step and perform it. Make sure to point the installer to the exact same place as you did with the Jamstix plugin installation. You may also have installed the Jamstix sounds in the wrong place. They must be installed to the exact same place as the Jamstix plugin. You can search your computer for folders named "samples". If you find any outside of your Jamstix folder, copy their contents to the "samples" subfolder of your Jamstix folder to fix this problem.

Missing Expansion Pak
The sound may be part of an expansion Pak that you do not have installed.

I just re-sent the mail. All the sounds listed are from the stock kits which are installed via jamstix_data_setup.exe from that link. Let me know if you still don't get the mail.

Also, please check your spam filter in case our mails are caught there.

No, just run the jamstix_data_setup.exe and choose your Jamstix folder as the destination.

Send or post the contents of your 'missing_sounds.html' file and I can tell you what is missing.

Hi Zauni

I don't seem to have a 200mb+ file. I have the original setup, all my add-ons and updates. I thought I did my homework this time and properly saved all the files. Embarassed
