the "Pocket" knobs add a little delay in the drums hits, so that they are played a little "after" the correct time.
why not to add also the possiblity to play a litle "before" the beat? so that the drummer will anticipate a little his hits?
just make a "bipolar" knob, centered on zero you have the correct timing, with positive value you have a delay, with negative value you have an anticipation...
or maybe there are some more complex problems in the handling of the events?
