HI,
The program is great. but I have been having trouble getting it to record its audio output into a track on Samp 8. I use a Delta 1010 card. I am playing into the first track, I put the Audiom8 on this track. Samp makes a midi track, I select for all tracks to be recorded onto one track (not split them up among the outputs, although this would be ideal eventually). Even when I do select to split the tracks up, I get tracks labled with JS outputs, but I cannot record audio onto them. I play, record my bass and activate record on the JS tracks. The bass is recorded, the audio output of the JS is not. Is this because I have midi output turned on in the JS? I suspect it is the settings of the routings on my 1010. I'm really struggling with this one, but I love the sounds and results I am getting using the program, just need to figure out how to make it work

make sure you setup your record monitoring to same audio channels as what is going out of your Delta. If you HEAR them, then there must be a way to route the outputs to record-monitoring - audio NOT MIDI.
Either that or record the MIDI tracks and then route the output of that channel to Jamstix for playback.
Samplitude sometimes gets confusing because there are so many ways to route things into/out of the app.
Good luck,
