We don't want to raise expectations too much! This is add-on percussion not a full blown virtual percussionist.
What you'll get is an easy-to-use 'auto-percussion' function, where you can add two differrent shakers, tambourine and cowbell to quarters, eights or in gallop. You'll also be able to have chimes automatically played after fills, add tambourine to all loud snare hits and add some jam blocks. You can also have the tambourine play only in power play mode for that heightened chorus feel.
Here's a quick-&-dirty example from another thread:

| Hey Ralph - I was playing with the percussion (tamborine) using DFHS and it started triggering one of the toms. It occured to me that if you provide a midi channel out for the drums and a separate midi channel out for the percussion, I could actually run both the DFHS drummer and percussion modules at the same time by loading them is separate channels of the host and routing midi accordingly. What do you think? |
