don't remember if it was so even in 1.61

if you have the 4 hats on the quarter notes (the first column, to be clear) arranged with certain velocity and in a particular state (closed, open, semi), and you change the hats all at once (all open, all semi, all closed, etc) with the appropriate option, the velocities are all resetted to a constant value.

i think it would be better to keep the previous hat velocity while you are using the "change all" hat button...
