|
|
Hi there,
Some Control settings like Funkiness and Complexity can be set as default in the jamstix ini file. But I don't see others settings that I can control via the Control panel, e.g. Timing variance, etc. It would be nice to also set these as default parameters.
Oh, while I am at it, it would also be nice to set the default soundmappings.

We'll look and see what we can do...

Load the mapping you wish to make the default and then save it as 'default.rdm', overwriting the existing file. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

While you are looking at it, look at the switch for Jam with Midi or Audio. There are perhaps 2 distinct user groups for your application, e.g. midi player or 'audio' player (guitar, bass, etc). I play bass and hardly every play a midi keyboard in realtime.
Just a thought.... |

| Sorry for being cryptic. I am a bass player and play almost every day. It would be nice if I don't need to reset the same settings every day again. One of them is the 'input switch', e.g. whether Jamstix would be jamming along midi or audio. Having that fixed via the ini settings on audio in stead of midi would be much appreciated. |

Got it. Makes sense. We'll see if we can get that into the next beta. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
