The full, untruncated title should read "Mapping Panel -'Velocity Map' vs 'Input Velocity Map' ". These are described on pages 40 and 42, respectively (JS 1.6 manual).

I'm not sure how these actually are different or perform different functions. How are folks setting these independently for a project?
