... and running?
Or can I somehow just activate JS? When I go to START > ALL PROGRAMS > Jamstix, I don't see an option to start JS, so I guess I need to open my Cubase SX, but I thought I'd just check.

Jamstix is a plug-in, and doesn't run as a standalone app, thus, sequencer needs to be running.
