I have tried Groove Agent and BFD, and although these are touted as having "realistic" drum sounds, I have to say that nothing beats the natural acoustic timbre of the Closed Stereo kit from Jamstix.

I use it constantly with a brushed snare loaded up and dampened down and I find I have the ideal kit for my organic acoustic songs.
