I have questions regarding licencing:

1. Is the licence transferable & how is this performed?

2. Can I put Jamstix on my laptop and home PC at the same time (only one machine used at a time)

The Jamstix license is non-transferrable, which is also reflected in the low price.

Yes, absolutely. There is no hardware locking going on.
