| hi im new here and i recently purchased jamstix. im assuming that only the host (in my case cubase sx) can alter the tempo and time signature and not the jamstix plug in itself. i was curious to know if anyone has ever created a song with jamstix that changed tempo and time signatures throughout the song? if this is possible could someone please explain to me how i would go about doing so? also on a sidenote, i was also going to purchase BFD, can BFD alter the tempo and time signature or does it use the host to do so as well? thanks...hope to hear from ya'll soon! |

Tempo and time sig changes and alterations are always done in the host, no matter if you use JF, BFD, DFHS or any other VSTi.
In Cubase things like these can be accomplished using the tempo track.
With all due respect I recommend you look this chapter up in your Cubase Manual.
