i'm trying to download 1.61 update but it does not recognise my id, i notice it says to contact support for new id is this where i get it from? Crying or Very sad

Did you use the ID that you originally received from Rayzoon when you purchased Jamstix? That´s the one you should use.

Otherweise you can always get support from Ryzoon when maling to
support AT rayzoon.com
