| I have Sonar3 Producer and Jamstix bundle. I can jam with it all day long but I don't know how to record the drums. PLEASE HELP!!!! |

Hi!
I´m not familiar with Sonar 3, but to record Jamstix you have to render it to a .wav file.
In Cubase this function is called "export audio".
If I remember correctly in Sonar you have to create a dummy midi event in the JS track in order to make Sonar "see" there is something to record. Place the midi event at the end of the JS track. |

You can also not record at all and just use JS all the way through final mixdown. The arrangement within Jamstix is always saved and recalled with your Sonar project automatically.
If you want audio clips from Jamstix, add a dummy MIDI event at the end of the song in the Jamstix MIDI track as Doc suggested so Sonar knows there is data to record from JS and then either 'freeze' Jamstix in Sonar or use 'export to audio' or 'bounce'. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
