Just letting you all know that Justin has now got SPP working in REAPER making this extremely promising host an option for Jamstix users.

Reaper also has a very cool new feature... it creates an ASIO driver with virtual ins/outs that you can use to wire up other applications that support ASIO.

Gotta say i've been messing around with Reaper since i saw this post the other day, and it's very very nice... clear and intuitive gui, great recording and routing options (except no multi-out for vsti yet Sad

just about to try the new Reaper beta with ReaRoute... am curious to see how it all works, especially how it handles tempo changes...

If Reaper were to implement midi learn (including for tempo, dammit!) and multi-out for vsti it would wipe the floor with any other audio app (as far as the way i work is concerned anyway!)

Anyhoo, thanks Jed for putting me onto it - it disrupts the creative process far less than any other audio app i've tried!
