|
|
I can use write function to control velocity by choosing it as one of the parameters, it will draw the evelope up and down as I change it in Jamstyx, and compression and other functions, but when I choose sidestick it has an option under it saying on, but when I turn write on and use the sidestick of and on button on the rhythm page it does nothing on the sidestick write track. I am wanting a song to play sidestick on the verse and snare on the chorus. Any help please.
Thank You

Please draw the envelope as needed in Cubase instead of using the sidestick button in Jamstix. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| I have already tried drawing envelopes in the sidestick automation track in Cubase and Jamstyx sidestick off and on is not affected at all. In Cubase SX in the arrange window Jamstyx shows up with one track for what seems to be the control for all of Jamstyx. In the options for automation it has sidestick, velocity, compression, etc. , then there are the four audio channels from Jamstyx which has choices for automation for fx sends, etc. I am using the main tracks automation. This is the correct one isn't it. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

Thank you. A picture Is Worth A Thousand Words. Thanks to your help I now have it working. Sorry to just now be getting back to saying thanks, that was very poor on my part after your prompt responses to anwer my question and keep things rolling with my projects I am using Jamstyx on in my studio. The support for Jamstyx and the support of users on this forum is the best I have ever experienced. Thanks to everyone willing to take time to help other. I hope to learn this program quickly and become able to be one of the ones helping others very soon. Well, back to work.
May God Bless Your Day,
