It seems to me I read a post before asking this question - but I've searched and can't find it.
I've got an arrangement with a syncopated accent used throughout. How would you go about adding a crash on a 1/6th beat?

I assume you mean 1/8th beat? If this is for one bar only, clone the rhythm and then check the desired box in the second row of the cymbal panel in the rhythm tab. Those are the 8ths. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

No, I'm clear on 1/8ths. I do mean 1/6ths.

Can you elaborate a bit more on why you think you need a 1/6th? Generally, music operates on whole, semi, quarter, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32 notes. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Sorry I forgot the "1" in 16th. I do mean 1/16th.

Sorry I forgot the "1" in 16th. I can understand why 1/6th was confusing . I mean 1/16th.

Jamstix won't let you set a crash on a 16th. You'll have to add that manually to the MIDI track. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
