I can't get midi control to switch "Always Ride" anymore. This was working for me until recently.
I'm using Jamstix Release X9-5 with Vaz Modular as the host. Using midi (cc106 at volume 127 or 0) to control "Power Play", "Mute Percussion" and "HiHat/Ride Suppression" work fine. Using it on "Always Ride" switches the button in the rhythm tab, stops the HiHats, but doesn't play the Ride Cymbal. The funny thing is that switching this button manually does start the Ride Cymbal.
Is midi automation of the Ride Cymbal working in other hosts?

It's a bug! This will be fixed in the next update but here's an unofficial beta with the fix to get you going:
