I just noticed that if I assign the snare rimshot to any note other than F1 it doesn't work. Is this a small bug or am I doing something wrong?

When you say it doesn't work do you mean the 'Audit' button and sound trigger via MIDI? If so, uncheck 'Map GM Input'and it works.

Why didn't I think of that?

It works now with the Map GM Input unchecked.
