I am currently running the full version (X8-15), but I was having the same problem in version 1.5. I feel I must be missing something simple. I am running in Manual mode. I do a "Clear All" in the arranger panel so that I am starting with a clean slate. I click the Rhythm tab and load two rhythms - say "Double" and "Power Ballad".

I flip back to the Arranger and have the two rhythms listed - but currently only the first rhythm has red boxes after it.

I then click some measures on the second rhythm and the red boxes move to that rhythm for that measure.

Now if I play my song back, I would think that it should switch to the rhythms indicated by the red boxes, but it only ever stays on the first rhythm (Double). If I double-click on the red box in the "Power Ballad" row, it takes me to the rhythm panel, but lists "Double" instaed of "Power Ballad"

Help.... Please???

Thanks,

Ron

I figured it out right after I posted (Always seems to work that way). I forgot to click the "Use Arrangement" box. All is well now. Thanks

I have also to think about that «Use arrangement box». I'll like to have this checkbox visible all the time within jamstix...

I agree. It might be a good item to have on the transport bar (always visable).
