Hi,
I've just been playing around with the demo and while the sounds included are fantastic, I was wondering if you ever planned to distribute a pack which gave off more...how can I say... 'dance' heavy beats, phased drums, that sort of thing! It'd be good to experiment with..
Also, what samples CAN you use with jamstix? I hear people saying that they're using it with Battery.... What's that all about?
Thanks!
EDIT - I don't have the internet at home and only have a 512 MB data pen. How do you go about geting jamstix and the upgrades onto your computer?
What is this DFHS (?) I keep hearing about... Is it the drumkit from hell? How do you get this? Is it one of the samples? |

Sometime in the future, the "ePak" will give you such a sound expansion.

You cannot use any samples with Jamstix but you can use sample players that can use samples. So some people load Battery into Jamstix, then load
some samples into Battery and save the while enchilada as a mapping in Jamstix. Others use Kontakt or sfz...it's all wide open.

Best bet is to go to a friends house with high-speed+CD burner, download the files and burn them onto CD, then install them on your home machine.

DFHS is a high-end drum sample player from toontrack. You can purchase it from the usual music stores offline and online. Drumkit from hell (DFH) is a precursor of DFHS. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
