Hi
I have Cakewalk Homestudio 2004 and FXpansion DX-VST Adapter. Jamstix demo seems to open ok, and I can hear sounds under the Arrangement window, but I cannot follow the instructions to get Free Jam to work.
The Quickstart instructions refer Sonar users to Input Echo. Is that the same for Home studio 2004?
What is Input Echo? I cannot see any reference to how to open it up. In the Cakewalk Help file, there is reference to Midi Echo, but again I cannot see what to do.
What do I do? Many thanks

The 'Echo' or 'Input Monitor' function allows you to have multiple tracks listening to the MIDI or audio input signal. This is useful when you need the MIDI input to be routed to a piano VSTi etc. and Jamstix simultaneously. Homestudio likely only supports routing live MIDI to one track at a time, but I recommend you verify that with Cakewalk support/forum. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
