I'd like to 1st say hello, I am a reletively new user of sonar (really not that computer savy) and I just purchased Jamstix with Drumpacks 1, 2, and the Brushpack. I had no trouble installing Jamstix and it seems to be working properly (I can't wait to really dive in!). When I was downloading the Drumpacks I was told to do the following...
"Download this file and unzip it into the 'addons' folder of your Jamstix directory. If you do not see this folder, please update to Jamstix 1.32 (or higher) and run the updated Jamstix once, which will create the folder. You should also keep a copy of the downloaded file somewhere else for backup purposes."
I did not see the addon folder, and it was getting late so I just saved the files to the C drive (since I am suposed to keep a copy somewhere else for backup anyway). I thought after a good night sleep and some more seaching around I would be able to figure where this "addon folder" is located, but I still don't see it. I believe I downloaded JS version 1.42, so this shouldn't be the issue.
You (and I) seem to have a great product here... I just need a liitle help getting it all tied together. Thanks in advance for the help |
