Im trying to activate jamstix----I open jamstix up in cubase sx3, (sp2), and the registration details box pops up.....----i try typing my details in and cubase crashes.....ive tried this over and over again....i type the first letter of my name in and it crashes...

Please copy the jamstix_license.txt file that came attached to your delivery mail to the Jamstix folder. Start Jamstix and your information should be all filled in automatically and all you have to do is click 'Activate'. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Now thats sorted.
Jamstix is crashing cubase sx3 the moment i load it up.....xp sp2...... I just reformatted and its definetely as jamstix problem; I had waves gtr on an audio track and i was playing guitar through it.....then opened jamstix up and imedietely i loose my guitar signal and cubase crashes

However the options for DEP are blanked out (need admin rights??)
Any idea how to fix that?

Let's check something else first.
Please go to your Jamstix folder and look at the 'samples' subdirectory and tell me if it is empty and, if not, if you see files that start with 'Chimes'.
If it is empty or you do not see files with 'Chimes', you need to run the jamstix_data_setup.exe (210MB file) and point it to the same folder where you installed the Jamstix folder in. After that, you should see the files and Jamstix should run. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

| unfortuently, i cant tell you because when i try to load the jamstix vsti, cubase sx3 crashes....... it was working b4, on the same pc, so i dont know why its deciding to crash |
