I mean, the first output channel in Jamstix has kick drum sound on left and first snare mic on right, the next channel would have second snare on left and first tom on right, and then the next would have second tom on left, third tom on right. What gives?

Your DFHS is set for mono outputs so you need to set Jamstix to mono outputs. http://rayzoon.com/v-web/bulletin/bb/viewtopic.php?t=1186

Also, might be a Cubase SX issue, the midi output timing is off when I tried to trigger DFHS using Jamstix's midi output... any pointers? |
Make sure you don't use emulated MIDI ports. Here's what another user had to do: "What I had to do was copy the IgnorePortFilter (from the MidiPortEnabler directory in SX) up one level and presto! The non-emulated ports appeared. I remapped all of my MIDI ports to use the non-emulated ones and the MIDI timing is tight again." _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Took the plunge and got the Metalpak as well. Random weird issue.
I've put S2.2.2 inside a Reaper 3.61 track, and JS3.02 as well, and it was doing the thing fine. Awesome. But, then I had this weird problem after I was demoing some grooves inside S2 that JS3 wouldn't route MIDI to S2 anymore. Does this break the connection with the routing? I can't figure what is different now. |

Does reloading the project fix it? _________________ Ralph Zeuner
