I'm just playing the new DrumPac and I love it.
This is almost like a gift, at that price - thanks.
Now what I need is just one cool brush kit. I have high hopes for the "JazzKit".
Good job & thank you!!

|
|
Hi,
New Jamstix user here - loving it, I must say, even though I only got it yesterday.
I'm having problems downloading the 100MB Drumpak #1 file in one go though - my internet connection is a bit unstable at the moment. Any chance of a split across 3 or 4 files please?
Best regards, and keep up the great work. -Rob |

I used a little download manager (getright.com) so I've got my Pak downloaded fine now. Can't wait to have a play! |

| Just ordered too, though I really don't need it having BFD and the kick drum sound is not my taste. But as is evident in several forums I am a supporter of Jamstix and its development. And at $9.99 who cares? Why don't you make it a straight $10 to show you are a serious guy who don't use cheap sales tricks? |

Thanks for your order, Tom!
The $9.99 was never intended as a cheap sales trick, here in the US .99 is so ubiquitous, so much part of everyone's daily life that it is something we (as buyers and sellers) really don't think twice about.

| I don't fell offended. Guess you are just caught in the game. Nevertheless, your usual price is $15. You didn't make that $14.99 for some strange reason. |

Because $9.99 is a temporary discount price.
Again, over here this is just second nature. I really wouldn't call it a game either, it has just become part of commercial culture. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

JamminFool: Well, Tom has his own style which I have come to respect
Tom: If the kick is too boomy for you, we have deliberately recorded it in a way that allows you to achieve a variety of different sounds with it by changing the pitch and/or shortening the sustain. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Right. Didn't know you could change pitch. As mentioned I normally use BFD. But I might use this on a laptop to save resources just while sketching a song.
Waiting for your JambAce to possibly support the development of that too. |
