Either set up all outputs in REAPER or check 'Downmix' to hear all sounds. |
Ralph, you know I am such a newbie. Sur-Nuff that was the fix. Thanks for the info.
And by the way, I just played with "Ambiance", OMG, it was like puting my head into the drums. Very Very cool

2. when you try to change the groove weights (big thanx for this Ralph) jamstix often crashes when you click around the winapi window (left and right click files).
|
You mean left-click files in the Windows load dialog after selecting 'Load Grove Weights'? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Yep with 3.1.2 now it crashes immediately on open dialog before you can load anything.
I've activated full log now let's see if it writes down some useful information.
Overall it has become pretty unstable with reaper now (at least for me).
thx for the downmix hint, I've not thought about it
for the graphics bug I send you a pic, this happens all the time when you load jamstix in the host.
thx much for your work

3.1.3 Beta 1 is now out with several fixes and some of the improvements requested. If you use a 64-bit OS and have previously had the windows dialog problems with JS, please let me know if this Beta fixes it. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Just tried run as and received the following:
Error message "Access is denied" |
What is your OS and did you use the same user account when installing JS originally? |
Windows xp 32bit
I migrated JS3 from my old computer to my new computer last summer so the original install was on my old computer.
I'm not aware of having different user accounts. |

If you run the updater via right-click 'Run As Admin' and you get "Access Denied" then you have an account issue. Can you send me a screenshot of the error? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I don't think 2011 is realistic at this point. Sorry, mate. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
