Did some test with the new 3.5b12 and have a few things to mention:
-the gui, especially dropdown menus are much slower (like there were heavy on graphics) than in the current jamstix 3.2.
-the dropdown menus do not jump/reorganize automaticly when they're out of screen, so long lists are not editable (snare drums dropdown for example)
-is the gui dim knob in the upper right needed at all? i like the new overall look but don't find this function very useful.
All in win8 Reaper4.27rc2win64 with jamstix3.5b12 |

Ralph I just noticed that if the freeze song option is enabled in beta 12 some of the fills do not play. There is just silence where the fill should be.

Zephyrus: next beta will reduce GUI menu/list CPU usage.
TomR: can't duplicate. Can you send me a JS3 "Save Song" of this situation? _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Just installed JS 3.5. Biggest problem I have is that I can't load any ccmap's for my Novation Zero SL 2. The "load" & "save" buttons for the ccmap's accessed by right clicking on the mixer fader are not working at all. The "close" button works. The whole process is still working fine with JS 3 so JS 3.5 is the culprit in this case.
The rest of it is very cool. Mousewheeling is much better. It'll have to be if the ccmap's for me controller won't work!! But wait, no mousewheel support in the mixer, which would be really nice. |

Beta 13 is now out!
zephyrus, nightscoper: your problems should be fixed in Beta 13.
All those with audioM8 issues, please see if Beta 13 fixes the problems. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Me again.
Minor detail, the limb options in Options, Arm Speed, Arm Delay and wotnot, don't reset when the blue reset values button is pressed. |

Ok, GUI is much faster now.
ToDo: Long lists are still not doing a break at the end of screen.

Email sent Ralph. Thanks
Just wondering are the limb controls global or project specific? _________________ Tom |

They are all global. I did see a bug in Beta 13 where 'Enable Limb Controls' is always reset to on, which will be fixed. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Alright, guys. Release Candidate 1 is now out. Fixes vertical menu placement and limb control issues.
This is a full updater, replacing 3.3 with same DLL name and VST-ID. Please read the pre-install notes the installer will show you to backup your existing install, just in case.
Please check it out and let us know of any true showstoppers. Otherwise, this RC will go out Monday as the official 3.5 update. Any remaining smaller issues will be ironed out in future Betas/updates.
Thank you all so much! _________________ Ralph Zeuner
